Our Community
Rancho Pacifica is one of the premier gated communities in the Rancho Santa Fe and Del Mar area. The 148 custom designed elegant homes boast views of the Gonzales Canyon, Del Mar Polo Fields, Fairbanks Country Club and sunsets over the Pacific Ocean.

Our Staff
Our hard working and dedicated staff members are led by Larken Foster. Larken has been a member of the Rancho Pacifica community for more than 15 years.
Our gate staff controls access to the community from the main gate 24 hours a day and provides roving patrol throughout the entire community. They constantly strive to make Rancho Pacifica a safe and pleasant community.
Our Management
Rancho Pacifica is managed by Sarah Richardson, Realtor, CCAM and President of Madison Avenue Consulting. She has managed the Rancho Pacifica community for nearly 20 years. Her dedication, strong work ethic and experience help make the Rancho Pacifica community one of the most desired communities in Rancho Santa Fe and Del Mar.
Sarah is extremely knowledgeable of the HOA community rules and guidelines, community design guidelines and manages the gatehouse staff on behalf of the Rancho Pacifica HOA. Sarah has managed many prestigious communities in the Rancho Santa Fe and Del Mar area.
